Request deletion

You can request deletion without installing or opening the game.

1. If you still use the game, open Home → Saves and sign out of cloud saving on your devices to stop synchronization.
2. Email minhtritc97@gmail.com from the Google email address used to sign in. Use the subject “Clang Clang account deletion” and ask us to delete your Clang Clang account and cloud save.
3. We may ask you to verify ownership. We will confirm when deletion is complete. Do not send your password.

Write a deletion request. If no mail app opens, copy the address and instructions into your email service.

What is deleted?

Your game's Firebase Authentication account and its Cloud Firestore save, including cloud progress, settings and synchronization metadata. This is a request handled by support; clicking the email link does not immediately delete data.

What remains?

Your Google account, local game progress and any exported or device backup files are not deleted by this request. Remove backup files yourself if you no longer want them. Signing in again after deletion creates a new game account and may upload local progress again.

AdMob and Crashlytics do not use your game account ID to identify you. Deleting the game account does not itself delete their separate advertising or diagnostic records; see our privacy policy for these services and contact us with other data requests.

Yêu cầu xóa tài khoản

Bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa mà không cần cài hoặc mở trò chơi.

1. Nếu vẫn dùng game, vào Trang chủ → Bản lưu và đăng xuất khỏi lưu đám mây trên các thiết bị để dừng đồng bộ.
2. Gửi email đến minhtritc97@gmail.com từ địa chỉ Google đã dùng đăng nhập. Đặt tiêu đề “Clang Clang account deletion” và nêu rõ muốn xóa tài khoản Clang Clang cùng bản lưu đám mây.
3. Chúng tôi có thể cần xác minh chủ tài khoản và sẽ xác nhận khi hoàn tất. Đừng gửi mật khẩu.

Soạn yêu cầu xóa. Nếu không mở được ứng dụng email, hãy chép địa chỉ và nội dung yêu cầu vào dịch vụ email bạn dùng.

Dữ liệu nào được xóa?

Tài khoản Firebase Authentication của game và bản lưu Cloud Firestore gắn với tài khoản đó, gồm tiến trình, cài đặt và thông tin đồng bộ trên đám mây. Yêu cầu được hỗ trợ xử lý; bấm liên kết email không xóa dữ liệu ngay lập tức.

Dữ liệu nào còn lại?

Yêu cầu này không xóa tài khoản Google, tiến trình trên máy hay các bản sao lưu đã xuất hoặc lưu trên thiết bị. Bạn tự xóa các tệp sao lưu nếu không muốn giữ. Đăng nhập lại sau khi xóa sẽ tạo tài khoản game mới và có thể tải tiến trình trên máy lên lại.

AdMob và Crashlytics không dùng mã tài khoản game để nhận diện bạn. Xóa tài khoản game không tự xóa dữ liệu quảng cáo hay chẩn đoán riêng của các dịch vụ này; xem chính sách quyền riêng tư và liên hệ nếu cần yêu cầu khác về dữ liệu.

アカウント削除を依頼

ゲームをインストールしたり起動したりしなくても依頼できます。

1. ゲームをご利用中の場合は、各端末のホーム → セーブからクラウドセーブをログアウトし、同期を停止してください。
2. ログインに使用したGoogleのメールアドレスから minhtritc97@gmail.com にご連絡ください。件名は「Clang Clang account deletion」とし、Clang Clangのアカウントとクラウドセーブの削除を希望すると明記してください。
3. 本人確認をお願いする場合があります。削除完了後にご連絡します。パスワードは送らないでください。

削除依頼を作成。メールアプリが開かない場合は、アドレスと依頼内容をコピーして送信してください。

ゲームのFirebase Authenticationアカウントと、進行状況・設定・同期情報を含むCloud Firestoreのセーブを削除します。サポートが対応する依頼であり、リンクを押すだけで即座に削除されるわけではありません。

Googleアカウント、端末内の進行状況、書き出したバックアップは削除されません。不要なバックアップはご自身で削除してください。削除後に再度ログインすると、新しいゲームアカウントが作成され、端末の進行状況が再びアップロードされる場合があります。

AdMobとCrashlyticsはゲームのアカウントIDを使用しません。この依頼で各サービスの広告・診断データが自動的に削除されるわけではありません。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
